Background
Rugby World Cup winner Richard Hill is one of the most popular figures in the game and truly deserves his status as one of rugby’s greats. When he wasn’t on the pitch, it was all too evident how much he does for England and why people see him as the heartbeat of the team.
He is an extremely effective player who goes about his business without any fuss and is often referred to as the ‘Silent Assassin’. A dedicated professional he has a rare talent, and never seems to have an off day. He also has the ability to perform equally as well for his club Saracens as he does for his country.
An intelligent individual, Richard has been a columnist with the Financial Times and Daily Express newspapers. His experiences on the pitch have enabled him to provide a unique insight and give great tips on motivation and leadership within organisations.
