Background
David Buisson has over 20 years experience of successfully managing large scale and complex projects and programmes throughout Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
His most recent project, the refurbishment of Terminal 1 at London Heathrow Airport, was one of the three finalists selected by the Project Management Institute for their prestigious global project of the year award for 2009.

David is a very engaging and dynamic personality who, through his work in many countries around the world, has developed a very successful methodology for ensuring success in whatever work he undertakes.
He maintains a very strong leadership focus to ensure teams are very clear on the requirements needed to complete the work at hand whilst at the same time developing individuals to increase their skills and capabilities. He is able to understand situations very quickly and ensure that the appropriate structures and governance are in place from the outset.
He has worked with many project teams and senior executives in a diverse number of countries around the world during his professional career. He has worked with thousands of individuals to deliver various projects and as such, is an extremely effective communicator, facilitator and business advisor.
David champions the importance of the need for a ‘Lessons Learned’ culture within the organisations as a real means for driving down hidden costs when performing normal business operations as well as project specific work.
