He first appeared in BBC sitcoms and drama including Grange Hill in the 1980's as a child performer, earning him a place in the Radio Times Guide to TV Comedy. His talents encompass music, magic, impersonation and character/ physical comedy. As a host, compére and quizmaster he presented the quiz show Stakeout on Challenge TV. He made headlines for his emotional presentation of the 2002 Commonwealth Games opening and closing ceremonies before a global TV audience of 1 billion viewers. As a BBC announcer and commentator he went on the voice The Royal Variety Performance 2004 & 2006, TV Moments, Eurovision: Making Your Mind Up 2005 & 2007 and Comic Relief Night. He is a skilled DJ, stand- up comedy writer and performer, seen across all major London venues. He launched the mid-morning programme on national DAB radio station the Jazz in 2007 and can currently be heard each weekend on London speech station LBC 97.3FM.
