Prof Colin Coulson-Thomas 's Areas of Expertise

Have you ever wondered why some companies expand, while others that appear to be in a similar situation plateau and contract? Colin's expertise is understanding the business and management practices that lead on the one hand to growth and development, and on the other hand to stagnation and decline.

His investigations involving over 2,000 companies and some 500 professional firms have uncovered what the leaders of successful companies - or winners - do differently from losers who struggle and fail.
The author's continuing investigations and engagements with companies are examining areas critical to competing and winning such as improving performance, managing change, competitive bidding, building customer relationships and creating and exploiting know-how. The purpose is to determine what boards and management teams need to do - and also what they should not do - to lead, innovate, pioneer, discover and succeed.

Colin's presentations, courses and workshops distinguish between successful and unsuccessful approaches and identify what directors, boards and management teams need to do to build successful businesses, realize their full potential and achieve the commercial rewards and personal fulfillment that comes from competing and winning. Colin's sessions are individually designed for each client.
