His business as a Professional Speaker and Business Coach has grown over the last thirteen years, turning “adequate” managers, sales and customer service people into consistent top performers. Alan is also the author of four e-books in the “How to Get More Sales” series. He is now focussed on speaking to Business Owners, Managers and Team Leaders about how to grow their business by building successful teams.
